Position Summary:
Due to company growth the marketing team at Diaceutics is continuing to expand, and we have an exciting opportunity available for a creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in Northern Ireland. We are a fun and collaborative marketing team working in a fast paced, global setting with a passion for challenging each other to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns. As Multimedia Designer you will lead the design and development of all digital assets including video, photography and all other materials as required, aimed at engaging our global customer, investor and lab markets. You will partner closely with the wider marketing team, product, sales, finance and HR to produce digital and print materials suitable for our target audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality, creative multi-channel customer, investor and lab marketing solutions in print and digital formats.
- Design new and innovative marketing assets using a range of media, including photography, illustration and video footage to deliver creative that is fresh, innovative and on-brand.
- Work alongside the wider marketing department to identify new opportunities to share our story and products visually.
- Assist in developing the visual identity of our company website and our platform DXRX, creating new digital assets to drive engagement.
- Be an active member of the strategy working group to advise on marketing formats to create impact.
- Build a brand bank of corporate photography suitable for use in marketing materials and on our platforms.
- Build a look and feel for our video materials working closely with our internal key opinion leaders and wider marketing team to build a video series.
- Work closely with our Graphic Designer to manage and refresh our brand guidelines and drive our visual identity across all our external channels.
- Manage external suppliers such as printer to supply materials.
Key Attributes Required:

- Initiative and Independence: Develop and implement ideas, proactively planning projects in conjuction with other internal stakeholders in regards to agreed results and outputs.
Knowledge and Specialist Skills:
- Experience – 3+ years’ experience implementing design concepts across a varied set of materials including experience in photography and videogroahy.
- 3rd level qualification in design or related field with a portfolio of previous design work.
- Proven experience with Adobe creative suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and up to date with the latest software & trends.
- Experience in Healthcare, medical device or in vitro diagnosticsand or consulting is desired.
- Computer and software Knowledge and Skills – Proicient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled user Excel and Powerpoint
