Position Summary:
This external facing role requires an individual who is analytical, curious, and loves telling stories with data. You are a trusted partner to our Audience partners and will work cross-functionally with our partners, customers, and internal teams in the development, growth, and our audience-targeting solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand Real-World Data Needs: Address complex biological and medical data requirements for Life Sciences customers.
- Strategic Vision: Define account strategies and audience targeting to maximize customer value.
- Translate Data Needs: Build strong customer relationships to deliver meaningful solutions.
- Seller’s Mentality: Drive revenue growth through focused and accelerated sales motions.
- Align Capabilities with Customer Needs: Oversee audience segment production and ensure flawless execution.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze performance, highlight successes, and optimize campaigns.
- Operational Rigor: Maintain robust processes to track and manage multiple deal opportunities.
- Results-Oriented: Consistently exceed client expectations.
Key Attributes Required:
- Knowledge: Real-world data caveats, challenges, and its uses in Life Sciences industry
- Specialist Skills: Scoping populations with real-world data and applying analytics and rules to answer Life Sciences’ customer business questions.
- People Skills: Required to navigate both internal and external matrix organizations.
- Customer Service: External facing, commercially minded candidates to achieve customer delight, ensure quality engagements, and to generate repeat business.
- Decision Making: Ability to leverage internal tools and industry knowledge to meet partner needs while being good stewards of Diaceutics’ resources.
- Initiative and Independence: Self-starter required. Applicants must anticipate customer needs, see the big picture, and attempt new and innovative ways to engage partners.
Knowledge and Specialist Skills:
- Education – bachelor's degree in a science or math-related field; MBA (Masters Business Administrator) or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience –
- minimum 5-7 years experience in commercial/business development/ Strategic partnerships / Strategy operations roles, preferably within a company providing healthcare data and/or analytics
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, backed by 8+ years of experience at a demand-side platform (DSP), supply-side platform (SSP), media platform, or agency.
- Proven high-performing, client-facing contributor with a strong track record in driving revenue, managing strategic accounts, and consistently exceeding goals.
- Skilled data storyteller who thrives on turning insights into impactful narratives.
- Focused on building meaningful relationships through a consultative sales approach.
- Thrives in dynamic work environments, balancing strong time management with sharp prioritization skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem and understanding of genomic data
