Engagement Director

Position Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and client-centric Engagement Director to join our PMx* Incubator team. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded leader who thrives at in client strategy, solution innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
As Engagement Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to biopharma clients, helping them navigate the complexities of commercializing precision medicine and rare disease therapies. You will lead the design and delivery of PMx engagements, our tailored, data-driven commercialization solution, while also playing a key role in shaping the future of the PMx offering internally.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can influence client direction, build relationships, inspire internal teams, and drive measurable outcomes.
*PMx is a targeted commercialization solution which bundles relevant Diaceutics solutions to provide a tailored, data-driven and focused approach to commercialization for precision medicine and rare disease therapies. PMx offers a unique flexible and cost efficient approach for pharma and biotech to bring therapies to market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Client Engagements
Build and nurture senior-level relationships with clients. Guide them through commercialization strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with their goals and our PMx capabilities.
- Shape and Evolve the PMx Offering
Collaborate with internal teams across data, delivery, and commercial functions to continuously refine and expand the PMx solution based on client needs and market trends.
- Drive Innovation and Thought Leadership
Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for PMx in client forums, industry events, and internal strategy sessions. Bring forward insights that challenge the status quo and unlock new value.
- Support Business Development
Work with the Head of Commercial Partnerships to identify and develop new opportunities. Contribute to pitch strategy, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
- Champion Internal Collaboration
Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Help build internal capabilities and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and excellence across PMx.

Knowledge and Specialist Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
- 5+ years experience in either a consulting or industry environment where you have been managing multiple complex projects
- Ideally experience in Precision Medicine and/ or therapy commercialization
- Experience managing complex programs to meet KPIs
- Expertise in managing high performing teams, working collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple sub-workstreams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
