Digital Campaign Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing client deliverables while leveraging deep expertise in HCP marketing to drive personalized engagement strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of digital and omnichannel approaches within the pharmaceutical industry. This position will report to the HCP Engagement Director within the Engagement Solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign strategy and execution
• Lead and manage multiple campaigns across digital marketing and pharma, with a strong focus on HCP engagement through Diaceutics’ Engagement Solutions platform
• Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (emails, display banners), including HCP engagement and clinical trial recruitment initiatives
• Enhance the competitiveness of the Physician Engage offering by applying knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and channels
• Drive campaign success by achieving performance metrics that exceed industry benchmarks
Client and partner collaboration
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing concurrent projects and identifying timeline dependencies
• Act as a liaison between Diaceutics and media partners for campaign deployment creating asset tags, coordinating asset delivery, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables
• Support Client Directors in proposal development and technical discussions with clients
Data & Performance Optimization
• Monitor and interpret DXRX dashboard data to ensure accurate and timely reporting of HCP engagement metrics
• Analyze and optimize campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), providing strategic recommendations and inform future campaigns
• Support delivery manager with return-on-investment analysis for HCP engagement campaigns
• Collaborate with internal data stewards to address campaign-related needs, troubleshoot queries and issues
Project Management and execution
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines

Knowledge and Specialist Skills:
1. Education – Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience – Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategic campaign planning and execution.
3. Prior experience working with pharmaceutical or biotech companies, marketing agencies, or creative agencies is strongly preferred.
4. Hands-on experience executing omnichannel campaigns, including email marketing, banner ads, and performance reporting using KPIs.
5. Experience managing multiple clients and broad scope of deliverables required
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, strong attention to detail, organization, and high-level problem solving
