DXRX is the world’s first diagnostic commercialization platform for precision medicine, integrating multiple pipelines of real-world diagnostic testing data from a global network of laboratories.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Insight Solutions Consultant who will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them unlock actionable insights from healthcare data to drive strategic decisions. This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful narratives for non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Lead customer conversations, present insights, and guide clients on how data solutions can address their business challenges.
Insight Delivery: Use visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to interpret and present data-driven insights that support client objectives.
Commercial Strategy: Align solutions with client needs to drive account growth, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Healthcare Data Expertise: Work with real-world data (RWD) sources such as claims, EHR, pharmacy, and diagnostic data to inform client strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (analytics, product, commercial) to ensure client deliverables meet quality and business impact standards.
Key Attributes Required:
Customer-Facing Experience: Proven ability to lead client engagements and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Healthcare Data Knowledge: Experience with U.S. claims data and other RWD types (EHR, pharmacy, diagnostic).

- Experience – Working in or consulting with Life Science companies, required.
- Computer and software knowledge and skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required. Experience using dashboard platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI or similar), required.
