Analyst (Strategy & Business Intelligence)

Position Summary
The Analyst will support strategic, commercial, and operational decision‑making across Diaceutics by delivering high‑quality analysis, financial modelling, and insight. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will provide data‑driven decision support across strategy, performance management, market analysis, and value creation initiatives.
The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct market, competitive, and sector analysis across healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, and health technology
Build and maintain financial and operating models, including scenario analysis and sensitivities
Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking activities
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting for senior leadership
Analyse commercial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare executive, board, and investor‑level materials, including analytical packs and decision‑support documents
Support evaluation of strategic initiatives, partnerships, and potential transactions, where required
Work collaboratively across Commercial, Product, Data, and Operations teams on cross‑functional initiatives
Manage multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness

Knowledge and Specialist Skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skillset
Advanced financial modelling and data analysis capability
Proven experience in market and competitive analysis
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to synthesise complex data into clear narratives
Education – Experience
Degree (BSc or MSc) in a quantitative or analytical discipline (e.g. Information Systems, Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or similar)
Experience in both public and private ownership models, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Health tech, consulting, Investment analysis, or technology‑enabled services is desirable
Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA or equivalent) advantageous but not essential
